Welcome to InfoGate, operated by Logixca (Province of Quebec, Canada). By creating an account or using InfoGate, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service. InfoGate provides an online note-taking application. We may update, improve or change features over time.

2. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in Province of Quebec, Canada.

3. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to breach security, or disrupting other users. See our Acceptable Use policy.

4. Plans and payment. A free plan is offered with usage limits. The Premium plan costs 100.00 CAD per year, billed through PayPal. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Your content. You retain all rights to the notes you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display your content back to you. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Province of Quebec, Canada, Logixca shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Province of Quebec, Canada.
